    2. Any previous efforts or strategies you’ve tried regarding reputation management. This includes other lawyers, agencies/firms you’ve worked with PRIOR to contacting Rossow Law.

    3. Examples of specific content or issues you want addressed.

    4. Your REALISTIC short-term (3-month) and long-term (6-month) objectives and what you hope to achieve through ORM.

    5. Any relevant documents, communications, or media related to your online presence.

    6. Your REALISTIC ALLOCATED BUDGET (this helps me in tailoring the most effective ORM strategy to your most pressing needs so that your investment pays off).

    7. Questions or topics you want to discuss, written down to ensure nothing is missed.

    Come Prepared, Additional Consults are PAID

    Please come prepared with the requested materials, including realistic timelines and your actual budget. While the initial consultation is free, any additional consultations before signing an engagement agreement are billed at $500 for the first 30 minutes and $425 per hour thereafter.

  • Q: Is ORM a one-time process or ongoing?
    ORM is ongoing-like caring for a pet, it needs regular attention to thrive. With platforms and search engines constantly evolving, especially due to AI, continuous monitoring and engagement are essential to maintain and improve your reputation. There’s always something that can be done, even if it’s not always dramatic.

    Q: How much of a budget should I allocate for ORM services? What billing options do you offer? Due to the nature of how we approach each ORM case on its own merit, our legal fees can range anywhere from $1,500.00 USD to $50,000 USD.
    Having said that, the average client falls within the $5,000-$15,000 USD range.
    Please note that legal service fees are subject to change depending on the time window and scope of each legal project.

    Q: What is an approximate time window in which I will begin to see some/all of my investment pay off?

    Great question. At a bare minimum, 3 to 6 months, even though there will be some “tangible” deliverables and wins that take place under the 3 months (e.g. audits, asset collection, etc.).

    BUT, this timeline also depends on YOU and how much TIME and TRUST you’re willing to invest and place into Rossow Law and the project.

    While we cannot control some factors such as platform/media response times, algorithm changes, breaking news cycles, etc., these are already accounted for in our tailored strategy together.

    Q: Can negative reviews be removed? Depends.

    Not all negative reviews can be removed, however, I am diligent and swift in how I address false or problematic content by leveraging my decades-long expertise (ongoing) newsroom expertise and maintaining industry relationships to contact the platform/source of the work, and responding professionally to mitigate the impact. I WILL ALWAYS help you generate more IMPACTFUL and positive reviews to outweigh the negative ones.

    Q: Can’t I just do this myself? Why am I paying you? Some ORM basics are manageable in-house, but the landscape changes quickly and requires specialized knowledge.

    I’m not just another consultant or “PR” guy— I bring a rare combination of legal, active media/newsroom, and tech expertise that’s hard to find. If there’s a simpler or more cost-effective solution, I’ll tell you.
